► Mr. Khalid Sweiti has a BA in Accounting from Yarmouk University in Jordan, as well as a CPA certificate from the Illinois Board of Examiners and a Certified Valuation Analyst credential from International Association of Consultant, Valuators and Analysts.
► Khalid has over 22 years of expertise in financial management, accounting, auditing, due diligence, feasibility studies, valuation, and IPSAS valuation. He worked with Global Carpet and Rug Industry Jordan, Morgan Food in Chicago, Matrix Consulting International in Amman and Yemen, Talal Abu Gazaleh in Amman, Jordan, Ernst & Young's Riyadh Office in Transaction Advisory Services, and Tetra Technology International (USAID Project). He worked on several projects in nations around the region, including Lebanon, Kurdistan, Egypt, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Syria, and Yemen, Lebanon, Kurdistan, Egypt, and Iraq.

Ahmad Tamimi
► Mr.Ahmad is economic development expert with more than 15 years of professional experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, Project Cycle Management. My theoretical background of M.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo – Canada, and certification in M&E helped me in identifying the right indicators on macro and micro levels, put the data collection methods, and properly analyse compared to goals and targets. Mr. Ahmad conducted numerous research and evaluation consultancies for major international donors, across a range of relevant themes and sectors including: MSME/PSD development, MSMEs/A2F, women & youth economic empowerment, TVET, education, and employment/employability. Sample relevant engagements Ahmad worked on include: JEDCO/EU/MSME Development, GIZ/GOPA/Employment in Jordan 2030, GIZ/Employment Promotion, ILO/NES Evaluation, ILO/Pay Equity, ILO/WDB Evaluation, WB/ALMP, EU/GOPA/ETVET Strategy. Mr. Ahmad also actively participate in related working groups and seminars in Jordan.
► Mr. Ahmad also participated in the design, implementation and evaluation of several humanitarian and development projects in Jordan such as: World Vision Int’l/Needs Assessment, GIZ/Social Cohesion, UNHCR/JOHUD (work with refugees, CDCs, other interventions), USAID/Youth Power, Oxfam/ Youth Participation & Employment, Oxfam/Join Up/ MedUp (Social Enterprises), IREX /Youmakken, EU/ENI CBC Med/Med Town (Social Inclusion), UNDP/Jordan Enhanced Productivity Program, USAID/INJAZ, and Youth Finance Program, UNDP/Youth Employment, and the EU/JEDCO SME development program.
My recent roles require collaborating with stakeholders, including local government, beneficiaries, and potential partners in selected sub-sectors, and liaising internally with a team of experts. I took lead role in the implementation of programme interventions in selected market systems and managed the full investment project cycle activities.
